We offer centrally located and affordable studios and two-bedroom apartments in a contemporary building completed in the year 2011. We are family-run and family-friendly.

Our spacious apartments offer lots of natural light during daytime and have private terraces. The units are walk-ups (there is no elevator) on the second, fourth, and fifth floors.
Prices.On the page of each apartment you will find a price calculator. Our rates depend on the length of your stay (the longer you stay, the lower the rate per night) and are affected by seasonality and holidays. The price you will see is for the entire apartment. We offer discounted rates for our studios when the guest is an adult with a child. The discount is automatically calculated in the price when this option is selected.
Included in the price: air conditioning, kitchen appliances, utensils, linens, blankets, towels, liquid soap.
